Walking all the way………..

What is your favorite form of physical exercise?

Imagine taking a walk in the middle of night or early in the morning, I bet the experience would be worth mentioning. Walking is not just simply about admiring the environment around you but also includes a fully packed form of physical therapy as well……………

Walking includes full movement of one’s body and keeps in check every muscles of body while also keeping blood pressure and other such metabolic activities of body in perfect conditions…………….

Having a walk early in the morning while inhaling fresh air of the day mixed with smell of nature πŸŒΏπŸƒ provides inner peace to mind and a strength to keep body working throughout out the day while walk at night after your day of work helps subsiding all the pent up emotions of the and thus a great sleep at night which also helps in rejuvenating effect over the body…………………

Walking is neither some sort of heavy weight exercise nor is it some kind of time based exercise, rather it is a form physical activity that actually can be committed at any time and and at any place and the only requirement is the will of the person to do so……………

I usually play badminton and take a jog , however if asked about favorite form of physical activity it will be walking now and in the future as well……………
